Bellingen LEP 2010 - Provisions for regulation of blueberry farms

The planning proposal seeks to:
a) require development consent for horticulture in the RU1 Primary Production, RU2 Rural Landscape, RU4 Primary Production Small Lots and E4 Environmental Living;
b) list horticulture with the exception of blueberry farms as exempt development; and
c) list blueberry farms which meet certain standards as exempt development.
