The planning proposal seeks to amend Schedule 7 of the Byron LEP 1988 to include Lot 438 DP 729107 to allow consent to be granted to the erection of a dwelling on this lot in accordance with the provisions of Clause 15(2A) of the LEP. The land is the subject of an Indigenous Land Use Agreement for Aboriginal ownership and the proposed dwelling is for housing of a member family of the Bundjalung of Byron Bay Aboriginal Corporation.
