The planning proposal seeks to amend the Camden Local Environmental Plan (LEP) 2010 by rezoning land at 182 Raby Road, Gledswood Hills from RU2 Rural Landscape to R5 Large Lot Residential; and decreasing the minimum lot size from 2ha to 4,000m2. The proposal would facilitate the development of one (1) additional dwelling across the site and the adjacent R5 zoned land which forms part of the same allotment.
