CANCELLED Rezoning of Mowbray Road Precinct

Lane Cove

To rezone existing R4 High Density land to a mixture of: E4 Environmental Living; R2 Low Density Residential; and R3 Medium Density Residential with a corresponding decrease in the maximum floor space ratios from 2.1:1 to a mixture of: 0.5:1; 0.7:1; and 0.8:1 and a reduction in the maximum permissible building height from 12 metres to 9.5 metres. The Department of Planning and Infrastructure and Lane Cove Council are undertaking a Strategic Review of the Mowbray Road precinct before a Gateway Determination is issued on the planning proposal.
