The proposal seeks to amend Clarence Valley LEP 2011 by rezoning land at Tyndale from RU2 Rural Landscape to IN1 General Industrial and applying the 11m maximum building height standard to the land. The LEP amendment will enable the land to be developed and used in the short term as a depot for cranes working on the Pacific Highway Upgrade project.
