It is proposed to rezone the subject lot to R2 Low Density Residential to correct a zoning anomaly within the draft Clarence Valley LEP 2011. The proposal seeks to retain the current and historic residential zoning under the Ulmarra LEP 1992, rather than the land being zoned for Public Recreation as proposed within the draft Clarence Valley LEP 2011, which is expected to be published shortly.
