The Planning Proposal involves 13 lots with a total land area of approximately 238 hectares. A small parcel of this land, part Lot 171 DP1134269, is proposed to be zoned 1(r) Rural (Residential). This will enable the subdivision of the part lot into seven lots creating a 'clustered' type of development rather than dwellings being scattered over the thirteen rural parcels. The proposal will adjoin existing rural residential development.
