Consolidated Inner West Local Environmental Plan (Inner West LEP 2020)
Inner West
The planning proposal seeks to harmonise three environmental planning instruments (Ashfield Local Environmental Plan 2013, Leichhardt Local Environmental Plan 2013 and Marrickville Local Environmental Plan 2011) into a single new LEP – Inner West Local Environmental Plan for the amalgamated Inner West local government area.
The planning proposal is primarily a consolidation and is not a comprehensive review of planning provisions.
