Cooma-Monaro LEP 1999 Am No. 7 - Subdivision for Infrastructure and Extractive Industries
Snowy Monaro Regional
The Planning Proposal is to allow subdivision for infrastructure anywhere within the LGA regardless of other subdision restrictions and extractive resources within the Rural 1(a) Zone. Subdivision is currently limited to a "1997 holding" within Rural 1(a) and Environmental Protection 7(d) Zones. In addition minimum lot size and averaging standards also restrict the excision of undersized lots for these purposes.
