Cootamundra LEP 2013 Amendment No. 2 - Boundary adjustments in RU1, RU2, R4 and E3 Zones

The planning proposal to seeks amend Cootamundra LEP 2013 to permit boundary adjustments with consent in the RU1 (Primary Production), RU2 (Rural Landscape), RU4 (Primary production small lots) and E3 (Environmental management) zones provided that the boundary adjustment does not;- increase the total number of lots;- increase the number of dwellings or dwelling entitlements on the proposed lots;- exceed the potential total number of lots that could be created if the area of each lot was consistent with the minimum lot size on the Lot Size Map; and - create a lot that is less than 5 hectares for the RU1, RU2 and E3 zones, and not less than the lot size shown on the lot size map applicable to land zoned RU4
