The planning proposal seeks to rectify a mapping error which removed the Parramatta Road Conservation Area from the Leichhardt Local Environmental Plan 2013 (LEP) Heritage Map (Sheet 005) when the LEP was gazetted. The conservation area is identified in Schedule 5 of the LEP; therefore, only a mapping amendment is required.
