The Planning Proposal seeks to reduce the minimum lot size (MLS) the applies to the subject site from 10ha to a range of between 2000m2-4000m2. The site is zoned R5 Large Lot Residential and the proposal will facilitate development of a 137-lot residential subdivision in an existing Urban Release Area.
