The planning proposal seeks to amend the current Pittwater LEP 1993 to include retail uses 'neighbourhood shop' and 'restaurant' to be permitted with development consent on land at 23B Macpherson Street, Warriewood (being Lot 11 DP 5464). The subject site is currently zoned 2(f) (Urban Purposes - Mixed Residential) under Pittwater LEP 1993. This zone currently permits, with development consent, residential buildings and associated community and urban infrastructure.
