Fairfield LEP 2013 - Rezoning of 65-67 Mandarin St, Fairfield East to address a boundary anomaly

Fairfield

The purpose of the planning proposal is to realign the zone boundary between 61-63 and 65-57 Mandarin St, Fairfield East by rezoning part of 65-67 from IN2 Light Industrial to IN1 General Industrial. The realignment will correct a historic anomaly and cause the IN1 boundary to be consistent with adjoining sites.
