The proposal aims to increase flexibility, facilitate development and attract tenants that will fulfil the vision for the Town Centre by: (1) amending the height of buildings map to enable a sky bridge to connect the two buildings on 377 Botany Road between levels 2 and levels 9 and (2) broadening the range of land uses on 377 Botany Road and 960A Bourke Street that can utilise 'additional floor space' provisions. No changes to current zoning or floor space ratios for the sites are proposed.
