The planning proposal seeks to amend the Tweed Local Environmental Plan (LEP) 2014 by applying strategic outcomes in the Hastings Point and Pottsville localities which have been identified in the Hastings Point and Pottsville Locality Based Development Codes. These amendments include rezoning, changes to Height of Buildings, Floor Space Ratios and Minimum Lot Size provisions.The planning proposal also seeks to amend the LEP through a number of minor housekeeping amendments.
