Amendment to The Hills Local Environmental Plan 2012 clause 5.4(9) to ensure that secondary dwellings within rural areas can be provided in a form that is compatible with the character of the rural locality (all land zoned RU1 Primary Production, RU2 Rural Landscape, RU3 Forestry and RU6 Transition).
