The Planning Proposal seeks to amend Holroyd LEP 2013 Height of Buildings Map, Floor Space Ratio Map, Land Reserved for Acquisition Map, and Land Zoning Map for properties within the Merrylands Centre. The Proposal also seeks to introduce design excellence provisions into the Holroyd LEP 2013 to encourage new developments to contribute to the urban and public domain character of the Merrylands Centre.
