Rezoning of 50ha of land immediately north of the Howlong Industrial Estate to allow for expansion of industrial land in accordance with the Corowa Shire Strategic Land Use Plan 2011-2031.
The proposal is to rezone four lots of RU1 Primary Production land to IN1 General Industrial and remove the minimum lot size to allow for subdivision. The proposal is located at Kywong-Howlong Road in Howlong.
