The Planning Proposal is seeking to rezone approximately 2,580 square metres of R1 General Residential zoned land to B1 Neighbourhood Centre zone, with consequential amendments to the minimum lot size. The Planning Proposal also proposes to permit “specialised retail premises” on 24 to 28 Glen Innes Road and 1 to 7 Chester Street, Inverell.
