To increase the allowable building height at Rawson & Crown Streets from 32 to 65 metres and adjust the existing B6 Enterprise Corridor zoning along the eastern side of Flinders Street to better reflect existing residential development.The following properties are affected by the proposed rezonings: i) 54, 56, 58, 60, 61, 62, 63 and 65 - 67 Bourke Street, Wollongong;ii) 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 Noel Street, Wollongong;iii) 5 and 11 Flinders Street, Wollongong;iv) 7 Wiseman Avenue, Wollongong;v) 33, 35 and 37 Edward Street, Wollongong; andvi) 49-53, 57, 61, 66, 70 and 74 - 78 Gipps Street, Wollongong.Approximately 3.4 ha would be rezoned from B6 to R1.
