Kogarah LEP (Am No 49) - Rezoning of Gray Street industrial area in Kogarah for business purposes

It is proposed to rezone the site, consisting of: 2-8 Princes Highway, 1-9 Rocky Point Road, and 60A Gray Street, Kogarah; from the existing Industrial 4(a) Industrial (Light) Zone to the Business 3(b)Business (Town Centre) Zone under Kogarah Local Environmental Plan 1998. The rezoning will facilitate the redevelopment of the site for retail and commercial purposes. Residential development on the site is to be prohibited.
