Ku-Ring-Gai

The planning proposal seeks to zone unformed portions of Hall Street and Warner Avenue (currently unzoned) to the adjoining zone (Residential 2C which is a low density zone) and reclassify six parcels of council land from community to operational. The planning proposal seeks to amend the Ku-ring-gai Planning Scheme Ordinance to effect these changes.
