Lake Macquarie Local Environmental Plan 2004 (Amendment No.59) - Transfield Av Edgeworth

Rezone 35 ha of land from 10 Investigation and 5 Infrastructure zone to 2(1) Residential and 7(1) Conservation (Primary).Council propose that the subject land be inserted into Schedule 8 of Lake Macquarie LEP 2004 with the requirement that a site specific development control plan be prepared and adopted by Council prior to the subdivision of the land. The Planning Proposal commenced under the previous plan-making provisions of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.
