The planning proposal seeks to amend the current Floor Space Ratio controls under Clause 4.4 of Leichhardt LEP 2013 for residential development in the R1 General Residential zone. The proposed amendments to FSR within the R1 General Residential zone will vary depending on lot size and locality. The planning proposal will amend the FSR maps and a range of FSRs will apply to 6 areas - Annandale, Balmain, Birchgrove, Leichhardt, Lilyfield and Rozelle.
