The planning proposal seeks to amend the current Pittwater LEP 1993 to limit the footprint of retail development on land at 23B Macpherson Street, Warriewood.The planning proposal aims to limit the overall retail floorspace area, of the focal neighbourhood centre, from 855sqm to 2,222sqm and places a restriction of 855sqm on large individual premises in Warriewood.
