Nambucca Local Environmental Plan 2010 (Amendment No 16) - Boundary Adjustments for Certain Rural and Environmental Land

The planning proposal seeks to introduce provisions to facilitate boundary adjustments between undersized allotments of land zoned RU1 Primary Production, RU2 Rural Landscape, R5 Large Lot Residential and E3 Environmental Management. The provisions will also require Council to be satisfied that no additional lots or dwelling entitlements will be created and the potential for land use conflicts are not increased.
