Narrandera LEP 2013 - Amendment 1 - Deferred Matters, Spot Rezoning and Land Use Table Amendment
Narrandera
To amend the Narrandera LEP 2013 as follows:- To rectify deferred matters by rezoning land E4 Environmental Living and R5 Large Lot Residential;- To insert 'intensive livestock agriculture' under Part 3 of the RU4 Primary Production Small Lots Land Use Table as a use Permitted with Consent; and- To rezone land at Manderlay Road from zone E4 Environmental Living to zone E2 Environmental Conservation.
