Penrith LEP 2010 – Reclassification of Council owned land in St Marys and Penrith from Community to Operational

The planning proposal seeks to amend the Penrith Local Environmental Plan 2010 by:

• reclassifying four Council owned sites from community land to operational land;

• remove public reserve status of three sites and remove any interest or trust relating to the land being public reserve; and

• remove any interest or trust for community purpose (car parking) relating to a site (if any).

The planning proposal will allow Council to consider the future use of all sites.
