The Planning Proposal seeks to make 'Emergency Services Facilities' permissible with consent in Ku-ring-gai Council's Open Space 6(a) Recreation Existing Zone. While the Planning Proposal does not apply to any specific land (as it seeks to to make the use permissible across the 6(a) zone), the Proposal would particularly enable the redevelopment of the existing emergency services facility at Golden Jubilee Park at North Wahroonga.
