The planning proposal seeks to amend Woollahra Local Environmental Plan 2014 (LEP 2014) in relation to 374 and 376-382 New South Head Road, Double Bay by:* increasing the maximum building height from 14.7m to 23.5m (6 storeys); and* increasing the floor space ratio from 2.5:1 (374 New South Head Road) and 3:1 (376-382 New South Head Road) to 4.5:1.
