Planning Proposal to amend Lismore LEP 2012 to reclassify and rezone various areas of Council owned land.

The planning proposal seeks to:1) reclassify certain council owned land from "community" to "operational" pursuant to section 27 of the Local Government Act 1993 and amend Lismore LEP 2012 Schedule 4 Classification and Reclassification of public land to allow inclusion of the subject lots ;2) reclassify one lot from "operational" to "community" pursuant to section 27 of the Local Government Act 1993; 3) rezone or partially rezone three proposed reclassified lots to General Residential, General Industrial and Public Recreation zones to reflect the existing uses of the land and amend Lismore LEP 2012 Zoning, Height of Building and Lot Size Maps to reflect the proposed zone changes;4) create a Land Classification (Part Lots) Map and inclusion of the definition of this map within the dictionary of the Lismore LEP 2012.
