Planning Proposal to include a suspension of covenants clause in draft Ku-ring-gai Town Centres LEP

To include a suspension of covenants, agreements and instruments clause in draft Ku-ring-gai Town Centres LEP. The model suspension of covenants clause was not originally included in the draft LEP, as the Director General's s.54 authorisation of the draft Town Centres LEP specifically prohibited the Panel including a clause suspending covenants. As such, the draft Town Centres LEP was exhibited and adopted by the Panel without the suspension of covenants clause. As such, the Panel needed to prepare a seperate planning proposal to insert the clause in the draft LEP.
