PLANNING PROPOSAL - NEWCASTLE CITY CENTRE LOCAL ENVIRONMENTAL PLAN 2008 (AMENDMENT NO.3)

Planning Proposal aims to reclassify TPI House from community to operational land at No. 231 King street, Newcastle. On 17 June 2009, the Director General issued an "Authorisation" to proceed with the preparation of this draft amendment to Newcastle City Centre Local Environmental Plan 2008.On 20 December 2010, the draft LEP was converted into a Planning Proposal. Council was given 6 months to complete the planning proposal (24 June 2011).
