Planning proposal to permit increased FSR on large sites, at 2-16 Sixth Avenue, Campsie

The intention of the planning proposal is to encourage site amalgamation and facilitate maximisation of the site's residential development capacity by:  Introducing a site specific provision to permit an increased FSR, from 1.8:1 to 3.0:1, where the site area exceeds 3,000 sqm and the site frontage exceeds 50m.
