The intention of the planning proposal is to insert a new clause under Schedule 1 Additional Permitted Uses of Rockdale Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Rockdale LEP) applying to land at 8-10 Martin Avenue, 9 Bidjigal Road and 47- 49 Bonar Street, Arncliffe, which will allow building height and floor space ratio bonuses, if the proposed development includes certain community facilities.
