This planning proposal proposes to reclassify the two land parcels (Lots 1 and 2 DP1270948) from community land to operational land, which were subdivided from previous Lots 197 and 202 DP 751371 to rectify an encroachment of the Grafton Regional Sporting Complex situated on the neighbouring lot to enable the transfer of sae of the Sporting Complex to the PCYC.
