Planning proposal to split The Hills LEP 2012 into The Hills and Parramatta areas (0 dwellings)

The planning proposal seeks to split The Hills Local Environmental Plan 2012 into two parts: one part covering land that was absorbed by the City of Parramatta as a result of the Local Government (Council Amalgamations) Proclamation 2016, and one part covering the land that is still part of The Hills local government area. This will enable the separate and appropriate administration of the two resulting local environmental plans until such time as each of the subject councils institutes a new principal local environmental plan.
