Port Stephens
Port Stephens Council seeks to correct an error on the minimum lot size map of the Port Stephens LEP 2013 for land at Boundary Road, Medowie. The land is incorrectly mapped as having a minimum lot size of 4000 m2 when it should be 1000 m2.Council has requested the plan be amended under section 73A of the EP&A Act 1979.
