Proposed amendment to The Hills Local Environmental Plan 2019 (Amendment No (#)) to apply the optional Clause 5.5 of the Standard Instrument LEP and specify that in rural zones, the total floor area of secondary dwellings must not exceed 110m2 or 20% of the total floor area of the principal dwelling, whichever is the greater.
