Reclass and Rezone land in Vineyard and Pitt Town

Hawkesbury

The planning proposal seeks to reclassify 3 adjoining parcels of land in Vineyard and 1 item in Pitt Town from ‘Community’ to ‘Operational’ land by amending Schedule 4 of the Hawkesbury Local Environmental Plan 2012.

The proposal also seeks to rezone part of 7 Fernadell Drive, Pitt Town to RE1 Public Recreation, reclassify part of the land to 'operational', amend the minimum lot size and maximum heights for the part lot. .
