Remove the minimum lot size of 40 hectares.? Correct an anomaly in Council's Local Environmental Plan byrezoning the adjacent portion of Edith Street from RE1 PublicRecreation to R2 Low Density Residential, and applying lot size, building height and floor space ratio controls.
