Redgum Ridge Estate - rezone land from RU2 to E4 and E2 and rezone mapping anomalies from E3 to R2. (amendment 28)

It is proposed to:1. Rezone part of Lot 815 DP 1193843 Redgum Forest Way, Figtree from RU2 Rural Landscape to E4 Environmental Living Zone; and2. Correspondingly, amend the minimum lot size map to show 1000sqm and the floor space ratio map to 0.3:1; and rezone the remainder of the lot to E2 Environmental Conservation Zone; and3. Carry out minor amendments to the Land Zoning Map, Floor Space Ratio Map, Minimum Lot Size Map, Height of Buildings Map, and Natural Resource Sensitivity Map to remove mapping/cadastre inconsistencies with the approved subdivision and developed lots within the Redgum Ridge Estate.
