The intended outcome of the instrument proposed by this Planning Proposal is to rezone No. 189 Brayton Road (Lot 10 DP 1067488), Marulan from R5 Large Lot Residential with a minimum lot size of 2000m2 to SP 2 Infrastructure (Public Utility Undertaking) with no minimum lot size under Goulburn Mulwaree Local Environmental Plan (GM LEP) 2009.

The zone change will allow development for the purposes of a water treatment facility either with consent under GM LEP 2009 or without consent under Infrastructure SEPP.
