The planning proposal is to rezone 4 and 8 Forest Road, Warriewood (Sector 5 of Warriewood Valley Urban Land Release Area) from 1(b) Non-urban to 2(f) (Urban purposes - mixed residential).It is proposed that Pittwater Local Environmental Plan (LEP) 1993 will be amended to change the zoning of the subject land. As well, it is proposed to include a provision in the LEP to require that a minimum of 65 dwellings and a maximum of 75 dwellings will be constructed on the subject land.
