The planning proposal seeks to amend the Rockdale Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Rockdale LEP) applying to land at 62-82 Harrow Road, Bexley by:a) rezoning the subject site from RE2 Private Recreation to R2 Low Density Residential;b) assigning a maximum floor space ratio (FSR) of 0.6:1 with an incentive clause permitting up to 1.25:1 FSR for seniors' housing development;c) assigning a maximum building height of 8.5 m with an incentive clause permitting up to 14.5 m for seniors' housing development; andd) deleting the site's heritage listing from Schedule 5 Environmental Heritage.
