The planning proposal seeks to rezone and amend the height and floor space ratio controls applying to land at 16-20 and 22-28 Princess Street, Brighton Le Sands under the Rockdale Local Environmental Plan 2011. The proposal aims to:- rezone the whole site from R4 High Density Residential to B4 Mixed Use zone;- amend the height of buildings map for part of the site from 26.5m to 28m and part from 14.5m to 28m; and - amend the floor space ratio map for part of the site from 2:1 to 3:1 and part from 1:1 to 3:1.
