It is proposed to rezone the subject land (approx 39ha) from RU2 Rural Landscape to R2 Low Density Residential, with approximately 8000m2 to be zoned B1 Neighbourhood Centre; apply a minimum lot size of 450m2, a maximum building height of 9m, and an FSR of 0.5:1.
