The planning proposal seeks to rezone land currently zoned 7(c)(Scenic Protection: Small Holdings Zone) in Wyong LEP 1991 and proposed to be zoned E4 Environmental Living in the Draft Wyong LEP 2013 to a R2 Low Density Residential zone and apply a minimum lot size of 450m2 to enable a residential subdivision.
