Rezoning and reclassification of the Maclean Sewerage Treatment Plant - Amendment No 35
Clarence Valley
The proposal seeks to amend the Clarence Valley Local Environmental Plan (LEP) 2011 by rezoning the now decommissioned Maclean Sewerage Treatment Plant from SP2 Infrastructure to partly RU1 Primary Production and partly E3 Environmental Management and apply a 40ha minimum lot size development standard. The proposal seeks to reclassify the subject lands from 'Community' to 'Operational' pursuant to section 27 of the Local Government Act 1993.The proposed will amend Clarence Valley LEP 2011 Schedule 4 Classification and reclassification of Public Land.
